Westin Book-Cadillac Hotel, Prince's Elysium

The Book-Cadillac Hotel had been going through months of remodeling. The once crumbling building now stands in all its glory. Outside the building were two guards, who checked all those who approached the building. The three other members were walking the grounds, watching all that went on outside the hotel. The guards were dressed in black uniforms. Upon their vests, they each wore a badge. Each carry heavy revolvers while one carried a pump-action shotgun. They wore security headsets and handcuffs attached to their belts.
The interior of the hotel had finally finished going through it’s remodeling. The lobby, which was once covered by dust and rubble, now brought back to it’s old magnificent. The floor covered with a stone-colored tiling with two long light green rugs running down the length of the lobby, chandeliers spaced out about 25 feet across and illuminating the lobby. There were chairs, each of dark cherry oak with padding, spaced out about the same length. The columns that once were in a state of disarray were all replaced with a stone-colored marbling to match the floor. The second level could be seen, the wood railing sitting between each column and aligning the walls having been replaced with stroke cherry oak wood. The stairs, that once possessed rotten carpet and threatened to give way under foot, now replaced and sturdy, the carpeting lining the stairs matching the carpet from the lobby.
Within, there were another five team security guards. There were two manning the security. Anyone that wishes to go further must turn in any weapons and go through a metal detector before being allowed to takes the stairs or elevator further into Elysium. Standing before the stairs and elevator were ghouls, dressed in dark slacks and shirt.
The Nosferatu: The private entrances for the Nosferatu will always end up within the Salon on the floor in which they know the Prince to be frequenting for that night. The Nosferatu will never end up within the direct location of the Prince unless its been arranged. At each of these private entrances will be a team of two-ghouled security guards. Each heavily armed – to deal with Kindred/Ghoul/Kine/Lupine assault -, wearing body armor and have radio contact to the head ghouled guards located within the Hotel itself.
No one will have direct access to visit the Prince. The Prince is not at anyone’s beck and call. All who are coming in and new will know they are to meet the Seneschal, Rachel Jamison. Once pass the metal detectors, characters are instructed to proceed on to the elevator. Just like all other repairs to the hotel, the elevators as well have been given new life. A floor is selected, the wood paneling of the elevator walls shine cast off reflections.
The elevator doors opens out to the chosen floor foyer with its floors done in black and gold pattern. Several chairs and table off to one’s right, at times, men and women of importance to the Kindred world can be found conversing. They don’t even bother to glance up as the elevator doors open. The chandeliers that are spaced out once again at fifteen feet provide the lighting. Directly across from the elevators are stairs that leads up, this shows that the current floor and floor above have been remodeled to make one large floor. Near the stairs was a statue of the Greek God, Apollo.
Beyond the stairs, there was a receptionist desk and behind it stood a young woman with dark hair and a smile touching her lips. While to the left was a hallway that led off further to different areas of the floor. Several Kindred are seen venturing forth down the passage.
The passage leads directly to the lounge. The floor covered by a large red and tan oriental rug that just about covered the entire area. A single table within the center of the floor while couches rest alongside the walls and chairs and tables positioned about the room and near a fireplace with its artificial flames. Hanging over the fireplace was a portrait of the Greek Goddess, Eirene. This was the first of many Salons to be found through out the hotel for Kindred to talk amongst themselves away from the prying ears and eyes of the Kine. Passing through would be yet another two ghouls, carrying trays with glasses and goblets. The one carrying glasses provides mortal beverages. While the ghoul carrying the goblets can be addressed and special drinks – blood types or blood from a particular vessel – can be requested. The Prince has made sure to see to the special requirements of those he has ruler ship over. The following is a image of the lounge.

Connected to each Salon was a bar that matched the setting of the Salon. Within, there were couches and chairs set about. Tables set near each with glass tops. Yet another ghoul saw to the bar. This location was for the Ghouls to mingle, giving their Domitors and other Kindred alike, the privacy they deserved. The bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and even provides meals. White lace curtains covered the windows and the deep maroon drapes were tied together. Hanging on the walls were portraits of the Greek Gods, Dionysos and Hermes. The following are just 2 images some of the commonly used bars within the Hotel.

If the woman is approached, she greets you with a warm smile. Her style of dress very profession and her gaze remains directed downward, never making any eye contact with the Kindred.
Meeting the Seneschal: After the woman instructs the Kindred up the stairs, Kindred end up upon the second level. There were no other rooms, but the room that was directly down the hall and to the left. To the right, there were the elevator doors with two guards standing near by. The room the Kindred step into was done in the same fashion as the rest of the floor. An oriental rug lies upon the floor. There were chairs with tables and couches placed about with a large open fireplace seen in the farthest area of the room. Upon the wall were several portraits of Greek Goddesses. They were, Enyo, Eirene. Eunomia and last but not least, Aphrodite.
The thing that stands out the most is a chair sitting upon a raised podium. Beside it, but down a level was another chair. Down on that final level were three chairs on either side with a total of six chairs place, with one chair sat off to the side. A reminder of the loss of Gangrel who walked away from the Camarilla.
Beyond this area through a door was a room that was opened with guards standing outside. A young man step forward with a smile upon his lips and dressed to the nines, his gaze directed to the floor, “Seneschal Jamison will be with you in a moment.”
Book-Cadillac Hotel is not open to the mortal populace. It is only accessible by Kindred and Ghouls. Many of the Ghouls do have jobs at the Book-Cadillac Hotel and do receive payments. Vampires (or ghouls at the permission of their Domitor) who wish to have a room at the Book-Cadillac will be paying for a room and its services like one would any hotel. The Book-Cadillac Hotel have bills that needs to be paid like all others. Offers provided are not grown upon trees and not given freely unless the Prince himself demands a Vampire or Ghoul is to remain within the Book-Cadillac Hotel and then they are relegated to a designated floor. All requests for a room will be handled by/through the Seneschal.
